A southern German classic with strong flavour and versatility: marinate strips or schnitzel of turkey or chicken in 1 part spice to 3 parts oil. Dab the same blend generously onto whole chicken, only in the last 30 minutes of roasting (to avoid burning the spice). Use with poultry, steak, veal and pork. Contains salt, but depending on use, you may add more to taste.
