Allium schoenoprasum
A member of the onion family, chives resemble their larger counterparts though are softer in both aroma and taste. Their lush green colour adds character to sauces, dressings, salads, poultry and vegetable dishes. Freeze dried instead of air dried, these chives will reconstitute quickly in liquid.
