Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

What you’ll need...

+ 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

+ 1/3 cup white wine vinegar

+ 2 tbsp honey

+ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

+ 1 tbsp Gewürzhaus Salad Herbs

This is a great dressing to make up and keep in the pantry for when you need a quick fix salad to accompany your dinner. I pour the oil and vinegar into a glass jar, add the remaining ingredients, put the lid on and shake it like Tom Cruise does in Cocktail.
